A Comprehensive, Well-Rounded Approach
With over 26 years of experience in the healthcare field, Stephanie offers a uniquely integrative approach to healing. She earned her Master Diploma from the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine (2009), where she studied diverse modalities including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Kiiko Matsumoto Japanese style, Five Element, Gua Sha, Cupping, Tui Na and Food Therapy.
Stephanie’s academic foundation is exceptionally broad, holding an A.S. in Physical Therapy, a Level II Reiki certification, and a B.S. in Holistic Health. This rare combination of Western physical rehabilitative roots and Eastern energetic medicine allows her to be a truly well-rounded practitioner.
Drawing on her background in Holistic Health, she takes a special interest in detoxification. Stephanie operates under the foundational belief that all disease starts with a toxic environment of body, mind and spirit; therefore, she emphasizes the critical importance of keeping the internal "terrain" clean. By addressing these systemic blockages, she helps her patients restore their body’s natural environment to achieve optimal vitality.
Her deep empathy for those in pain is personal; having successfully treated her own chronic back pain and anxiety with acupuncture and other natural methods, and having witnessed her mother’s courageous battle with cancer,
Stephanie has dedicated her life to easing the suffering of others.
Stephanie takes special interest in:
-
Pain Management: Neck, back, shoulder, and knee pain.
-
Emotional Wellness: Stress, anxiety, and depression.
-
Hormonal Health: Menopause and menstrual irregularities.
-
Internal Health: Detoxification, "Terrain" Cleansing, and Food Therapy.
When she is not treating patients, Stephanie stays active through gardening, traveling, and intentional movement. She is a firm believer that moving your body is essential to health, as it circulates energy, clears stagnation, and supports the body’s natural detox pathways. Whether she is working out or spending time outdoors in nature, she practices the balanced, active lifestyle she encourages for her patients. Stephanie welcomes you to contact her with any questions regarding how her multi-faceted approach can support your unique path to wellness.
